1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Emanation Art website (“Site”) and the purchase of any products (“Products”) offered through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Emanation Art SRL operates exclusively as a made-to-order brand. Every piece — including artwear and artworks — is produced individually once your order is placed.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use this Site.

3. Eligibility & Use of the Website

By using this Site, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian;

  • you will not use the Site for unlawful purposes;

  • you will provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Product Information

All products sold by Emanation Art are created on demand through professional production partners located in the UK, EU, and USA.

This means:

  • items are not pre-made or held in stock;

  • production begins shortly after the order is placed;

  • small variations in print, color, or material may occur;

  • digital mockups are for visual reference only and may not perfectly reflect the final product.

5. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, including PayPal and Paynet (supporting Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay) and.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, currency conversion fees may apply.

Orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

6. Order Process

When you place an order:

  • you receive an email confirmation of receipt;

  • payment is processed;

  • production is initiated by our fulfillment partners.

Because every item is made to order, production may begin very shortly after your order is placed.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request an order change or cancellation; however, because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Order modifications or cancellations are only possible before the order enters production. If you need to update shipping or address details, you must contact us as urgently as possible after placing your order so we can attempt to make the changes in time.

Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

This policy applies to all product categories, including both artwear and artworks.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times depend on the production partner and the destination.

Please note:

  • production and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed;

  • delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or other external logistics events are beyond our control;

  • customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout;

  • orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement;

  • risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

9. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for non-defective products.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

  • change of mind;

  • ordering the wrong size;

  • personal preference or expectation differences;

  • buyer’s remorse.

This does not affect your rights in cases of defective or incorrect items, as outlined in Section 10.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification.

To request a replacement, you must:

  • notify us within 14 days of delivery;

  • provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue.

We reserve the right to determine whether a return of the item is required before issuing a replacement or refund.

If a return is requested and the issue is confirmed to be the result of a production or fulfillment error on our side:

  • we will cover reasonable return shipping costs;

  • we will provide return instructions.

Once the issue is verified:

  • the item will be replaced, or

  • if a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

The following are not eligible for replacement or refund:

  • products damaged through misuse;

  • improper care or handling;

  • normal wear and tear.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All artworks, designs, images, logos, text, graphics, and creative content displayed on this Site are the exclusive property of Emanation Art SRL and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content, in whole or in part;

  • create derivative works based on our artwork or designs;

  • use our artwork or content for commercial or promotional purposes;

  • modify, resell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the brand’s creative assets in any medium.

Unauthorized reproduction, use, or exploitation of any content may result in legal action, claims for damages, and/or enforcement measures to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Emanation Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or data;

  • we are not responsible for delays, failures, or disruptions caused by carriers, third-party service providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events;

  • our total liability for any claim arising from or related to an order shall be limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

These policies explain how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared where necessary with third-party service providers.

14. Changes to These Terms
